So, here goes with a loaded question. Do you have backup?

Everyone says yes. Next questions are:

1)Have you ever agreed a backup plan, ensuring that the scenarios you can recover from is sufficient?  as an example, a Cyber Attack.

2)Is your Backup tested annually? And you have seen the recovery results. Meaning that you know it actually works.

3)Do you have an offsite-offline copy of your backups, that aligns to the minimum government recommendations? (1–2‑3 Backup Strategy)

The Bolt-On’s Explained

We don’t believe in the industry standard Bronze, Silver and Gold Packages. Our IT Audits have told us that it doesn’t work. We also believe that every customer is different and have different needs. We therefore, offer a base package that provides each customer with their dedicated team, the software needed for support and has unlimited remote support included from the service desk. We realise that the Level 3 Service Desk is not enough.

The bolt-on options allow the service to be tailored. It’s the beauty of the outsourced model. You can select a certain skillset with a dedicated time allowance. Giving you the skills you need and only paying for what you use.

And the best of all? It can be added, removed or changed at any point during the contract.

What is the Virtual IT Director/ CISO Bolt-on?

Every Business needs a Snr Management Level person to help with planning, decision making, implementing systems or processes.

You may not need them full time but you need them sometimes.

This bolt-on allows just that. You can a consultant to support the internal and outsourced team, based on a pre-specified time allocation such as 1 day at your business or school to meet with the relevant staff and a weekly or monthly time allocation to work on tasks for you, such as running the IT, creating the IT Roadmap, Implementing a Cyber Security framework or migrating you to the cloud.
