Technical Support Engineer

We provide IT support and project related services to business and education customers.

As an IT Support/Installation Engineer you will be responsible for providing key technical support to customers, and troubleshooting their IT issues. You will work closely with our account managers to help manage the customer sites.

You will be involved in regular projects and installations.

To be considered for this role, you should have a good understanding of:

  • Networking (Routing and Switching)
  • Microsoft Desktop and Server Technologies
  • Experience of Office 365 (ideally SharePoint too)
  • Virtualization technologies
  • Have installation experience of server and networking technologies

You must have a valid and clean driving license, and the ability to pass a DBS (police or criminal record) check as you will be working with sensitive data and the education sector.

Good balance between working from the office and at customer sites.
