Breathe was setup in 2003 with the ambition to be the regions best local IT and Cyber Security provider for businesses and schools.

More than 20 years later…

We’re still ambitious, still hard working and we care about our customers more than ever. We’re probably a bit more experienced too!

Our biggest asset is our team and it’s our team that takes the IT BURDEN away from our customers, carry the responsibility and ensure that their organisations are supported and enabled, rather than bogged down by IT or Cyber Security issues.

We’ve forged some fantastic customer partnerships over the years, with many of our very original customers still being with us!

The beauty of working with a good MSP is the fact that they have the tough job of finding the best the IT professionals in the industry. Training them in all the required technical certifications and product vendor qualifications.  Burdening the salaries and HR aspects, allowing our customers , only benefit from  adding the best possible staff to their teams, trained to the highest degree with minimum hassle. Additionally, our customers get to choose the skillsets and exactly how much time they require from that person, rather than employing full time. 

Breathe as an organisation have become exceptional at understanding what our business and education sector customers need and resourcing according to those requirements. Our management Team are all industry leaders with many years of directly relevant industry experience. Our MD and technical Director have been at Breathe since the startup days and many of our team members have been with us in excess of 10 years.

HOBBIES:
Although Breathe is a big part of my life, family is of the utmost importance to me. I’m not only a husband and a super dad, but I also live a secret double life as the family architect, interior designer, builder, and car enthusiast!

Craig started with Breathe in Technical Support in 2003, with a background in IT Service Desk in Enterprise Environments, Systems Integration, and Project Management.

Today at Breathe, a significant amount of his time is spent working with Snr. Leadership at Businesses, Academy Trusts and Schools, helping them to transform, secure, and manage their systems. He has exceptional experience in understanding an organisations requirements and helping them to create an IT Team and Systems to support there strategic goals and resolve complex issues. He’s a create problem solver with a real ‘can-do attitude’.

Craig is the guy that gets things across the line! There is no such word as fail…

However, his career in IT really started at age 12, working on computers with floppy discs!

Craig’s technical strengths include IT Strategy, IT Management, Infrastructure Design, and Cyber Security.

Ryan van Aswegen

HOBBIES:
I find great pleasure in exploring diverse destinations, immersing myself in new cultures, and seeking out unique experiences during my travels. Additionally, I cherish the time I spend with my family, especially when we engage in outdoor activities that allow us to connect with nature, such as hiking, biking, or simply enjoying the fresh air. And, of course, I cannot overlook a good BBQ!

Assistant Technical Manager

Nici joined in 2016 and has flourished as our Service Desk Lead. Our customers are the ones whom appreciate Nici the most and have always got a kind word to say.

Louise Harper
Business Support Manager

Louise looks after the supporting functions in the business, such as Finance and Admin. She creates the positive atmosphere in the office, looks after everyone and adores a cup of tea.

Brendon Burr
IT Management Consultant 

Brendon has the please of perfoming audits and gets stuck in with Cyber Security. He works closely with both our business and education sector customers.

Mercia Strapp
Design and Communications Lead

Mercia brings the creative flair and oversees our marketing and the graphic and web design in the Breathe Clicks Team.

Jorge Teixeira – Snr. Account Manager 

Jorge always ensures the customer is treated right. It’s a personal mission, alongside motor bikes and nostalgic 80’s and 90’s toys.

Giovanni Giacobbe – Snr. Account Manager

AKA – Gio. One of Breathe’s longest standing staff members. Gio knows the business and products inside out. He has a real affinity for Mobile Boosting Infrastructure.

Warren Bartram – Snr Account Manager and Business Development Team Lead

Warren is an accomplished Technical Account Manager with a keen interest in Cyber security. Apart from looking after some of our key accounts, he also takes responsibility for our Business Development staff members

AKA – Jon From The North. Jon is part of our Sheffield regional team but works with customers UK wide. Jon has specialisms in Web Development, IT Management and Cyber Security 

Edward Crick – Snr Technical Engineer

AKA – Edward from the South is part of our London regional team. Edward is an experienced Support Engineer and familiar with working in high performance corporate environments.

Nick Fowler – Technical Engineer

AKA – Little Nick. Nick is based at our Cambridge HQ. Apart from being loved by our customers, he has experience in working with Hi-Tech Businesses and the Education Sector.
