2. Let’s Meet Up…
Let’s meet face to face and get an understanding of what you need from your ICT Support Partnership.
One of our account manager can visit you or you are more than welcome to visit us.
We will even bring one of our amazing techical consultants/ engineers.
There’s no obligation or cost and you can run through your ideal requirements and any possible issues you may be experiencing.
3. Your Proposal…
Once we’ve met and we understand what you need, a proposal will be written. These are easy to understand, detailed and pricing is itemised.
We can then have a call or meet up again to run through this.
Often, at this stage it’s beneficial to do an audit. An audit will help you understand exactly where your system is at. It will highlight positives and risks with suggestions and recomendations. Your account manager will be in a position to offer a discount for the audit as part of our loyalty programme to Managed Service Customers.
4. Joining your team…
Assuming that you’re happy! We then start our onboarding process.
You’re introduced to our team and provided with all the relevant contact information. We can meet up again ensure the people at your end and ours know what to do.
If you have an existing supplier, we will take care of the Handover Process.
